Full 34 Coaching – Utilizing the Full 34 Themes of Talent the coach will assist the individual in recognizing her signature themes, understanding her supportive themes and identifying her non-conforming themes and determining if they are blind spots or weaknesses and how to utilize personal strengths, or others to minimize them. This is two sessions of 2.5 hours each, approximately a few weeks apart. The first session is Top Five Coaching. The coach will assist the individual in recognizing her Top Five themes and building them into strengths. Intrinsic needs and motivations of each strength are introduced. The second session continues on with the top themes to determine where the individual determines is the break between top themes (naturally occurring), supportive themes (drawn on situationally) and the non-conforming themes (ones with which the individual does not relate) to complete the remainder of the 34 themes. The coach and client will discuss additional coaching sessions.

"I had the pleasure working with Mary under her Student Ambassador Cohort and she was a phenomenal supervisor. Mary gave me the opportunity to navigate my strengths in our working environment, exercise my soft skills and help me build a stronger work ethic. These three things has served as my foundation when I transitioned into my current internship. Furthermore, the most influential aspect of having her as a supervisor was she also became a mentor to me.  I always felt that I lacked confidence and trust in my own abilities but Mary with her excellent leadership skills, helped me to overcome my confidence issue. To this day, my gratification will never be enough to repay her back. "
