Team Coaching

Let’s create a great team through strengths!

When you ask people what it is like to be part of a great team, what is most striking is the meaningfulness of the experience. People talk about being part of something larger than themselves, of being connected, of being generative.

A great team is a number of mutually interdependent individuals each self-aware and fully other aware, and committed to a shared vision of a preferred future.

Team Coaching – The coach will assist each individual on the team in recognizing his Top Five themes and building them into strengths. Intrinsic needs and motivations of each strength are introduced. The session is typically 2.5 hours. After each team member has received individual coaching, a Talent Map of the team will be presented to the group and team coaching provided as coordinated by the coach and the team leader.

Discovery Steps –
